Pastoral staff and other clients provide opportunities to pray, reflect on God’s word, and meditate on spiritual issues.
2. Pastoral Counseling & Spiritual Reflection
Provide active listening, exploratory questioning, and prayer in response to spiritual discouragement, isolation, and self-doubt.
3. Psychological Assessment
To provide professional understanding and direction for individual growth.
4. Individual Counseling
Professionally trained and licensed psychotherapists provide private, confidential counseling for emotional, behavioral, and/or interpersonal struggles.
5. Group Counseling
Offer daily meetings with other clients struggling with similar issues will allow for mutual understanding as well as learning coping skills.
6. Life Skills Seminars
Teach skills in conflict management, stress relief, boundary setting, time management, addiction identification, financial planning and family enrichment.
7. Nutrition and Fitness
Assess nutritional patterns and evaluate physical fitness as well as develop an individualized exercise regimen.
8. Recreational Therapy
Facilitate activities that are designed to develop recreational interests as a positive response to stress.
9. Spouse & Family Care
A pastoral counselor will give family members or spouse the opportunity to share their perspective on issues that may be significant in the life and ministry of the participant.
10. Exit Recommendations
Our staff will offer supportive care and will review recommendations for one year through monthly e-mail and telephone correspondence.
