Our Mission

We offer an opportunity for Christian leaders who are experiencing an emotional, spiritual, interpersonal or organizational conflict to participate in a brief residential program.  Participants will have the opportunity to examine their vocational role as well as their relationship with God, others and themselves in a confidential atmosphere of acceptance facilitated by licensed professional counselors. Our hope is that church leaders will discover new insights about themselves, their families and their ministries. We are committed to encouraging church leaders by sharing and celebrating the reality of
God’s grace.
